Friendly staff! They were all amazing and super skilled. the hotel is housed in a cool old building and the location is top-notch, just a stone's throw from the center 🏨.

The hotel is close to the city center and in a quiet area, the room was spacious and had all necessary amenities such as toiletries.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. Our room had a lovely bottle of prosecco waiting for us, and every day we were treated to bottled water and mints. the included breakfast was delicious and extensive, and the staff were professional and friendly. the restaurant at the hotel also had a great vegetarian menu. As tall Dutch people, we were pleased to find that the beds were comfortable. The location within the city walls of San Gimignano was perfect. Cons: Absolutely nothing! 😊.

the staff at Locanda Il Pino were incredibly welcoming and had no issues with us bringing our dog. the room was comfortable and the cleaning crew were efficient. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions of the walled city of San Gimignano. We also enjoyed the delicious and plentiful breakfast at the property.

Even on a cold day, the heating worked perfectly, keeping the room warm and cozy. the location was also excellent, as it was close to the gate and just a few steps away from the bus stop. Plus, it was a quiet area, ensuring a peaceful stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing our dog to stay with us, and the breakfast at Il Pino was delicious with a variety of options. Cons: Can't fault the property in any way! 👌.
